CatCoShop ships to all states in the United States including HI and AK
We can also ship to P.O. Boxes and
UPS Boxes, but cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO Boxes and Federal/State prisons.
Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
We ship mainly with UPS/USPS time is between 5-10 business days depending on location and order volumes from out manufactures. Shipping rates and delivery date estimates are determined by the size, weight, and fragile nature of the package as well as shipping location. We offer very affordable shipping rates that will be determined during checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during the holiday season.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation once your item(s) has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking will active within 24 hours.
CatCoShop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Altough we will try our best to help you locate your package. If your package was lost by the carrier, or you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your item was insured and arrived damaged, you may contact CatCoShop to notify of the damage, then file a claim with the shipment carrier.

Thank you for your purchase at CatCoShop! As we hope you are as happy with your new item as we are on offering it to you, we understand things are not always purrfect. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email our human customer service team at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Please note that customized merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
